Visiting the website
The website does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or fingerprinting. Its hosting service may process technical details, such as your IP address and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. We use this information only as needed to operate and secure the website.
Joining the Safety Zone
The mailing list is for adults. We ask for your email address and a clear agreement to receive news about the books, new activities and series updates. Please do not enter a child’s name, age or contact details.
We use Brevo to send a confirmation email and, once you follow its link, the newsletter. Brevo processes the address and records needed to manage confirmation, delivery and unsubscribes. Our basis for sending newsletter emails is your consent. An unconfirmed request does not join the mailing list.
We keep your subscription information while you are subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending newsletters; limited records may remain where needed to honour your choice or meet legal obligations. Brevo’s own processing is described in its privacy policy.
Your choices
Every newsletter will include an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to ask about, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw consent. Depending on the circumstances, you may have other data rights. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
